How do I make a ham egg and tomato salad with cheese? Clean the ham from the outer shell and cut into a thin short straw. It is better not to make the strips too long, they will look profitable, but not too comfortable in food. Hard-boiled eggs, peel and cut into a large cube. In this case, it is not worth grinding, large pieces will decorate the salad and give it a solemn appearance. Wash the cherry tomatoes, dry with a towel and cut into halves or quarters. In this form, they will retain the maximum amount of juice and appearance. Cherry can be replaced with fruits of other varieties, better if they are small. Transfer all prepared products to a large salad bowl. Do not take a small plate: to connect well and stay whole, ingredients need a large space. Then it will be possible to put the finished salad in beautiful serving dishes. Grate the hard cheese of your favorite variety and add to the salad. It is better to take a purple onion - it is not so sharp and serves as an additional decoration. Clean it from husks, wash it, dry it and cut it into thin half rings. Season the salad with salt and pepper, adjust the amount of spices to your own taste. Add the mayonnaise and stir. It is necessary to mix very carefully so as not to break the integrity of the eggs and not to mash the tomatoes too much. Put the finished salad in a beautiful salad bowl, decorate with finely chopped dill and a sprig of mint. Serve to the table immediately after mixing, until the tomatoes have time to juice.
