Cod - 200 grams, Potatoes - 2 pcs., Onions - 1 pc., Cucumbers - 1 pc., Chicken eggs - 2 pcs., Greens - to taste, Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp., Salt - to taste, Black ground pepper - to taste
Boil the chicken eggs hard-boiled, having previously washed the shell with soap and water from them. Cook for about 20 minutes over a medium heat from the moment the water boils. The water in which the eggs were cooked, drain and fill them with ice, so that later it would be easier to clean the shells. Chicken eggs are peeled and cut into small cubes with a knife.
I boil my potatoes in my uniform. Let it cool, peel it and cut it into small cubes.
Onions are peeled from husks and finely chopped with a knife. If it seems too bitter, it can be marinated in a mixture of vinegar and sugar, or simply held for a few minutes in boiling water.
Hot smoking cod, most importantly, use freshly prepared for salad, the shelf life of this product is short due to the fact that salts are added a little with this smoking method. We clean the fish from bones and skin, divide the flesh into small pieces.
Fresh cucumber mine and cut into small cubes. If it seems that the skin of the cucumber is quite hard, then it is better to remove it so as not to spoil the taste of the salad, it will be even more delicate.
If desired, you can supplement the salad with fresh dill and parsley greens, it will give the salad more to bring together and make it fragrant. We put all the prepared ingredients in a deep bowl. Add salt and black ground pepper to taste. Fill with mayonnaise, mix.
Let the salad soak in the refrigerator for about an hour and serve it to the table in a large salad bowl or in serving salads. Enjoy your meal!
