1. Rinse the beets under cold water, place in a saucepan and pour with new water. Put the pan on the heat and boil until tender (until tender). Then cool, then peel and finely chop into small cubes. Add it to the sauce, pour in the lemon juice and stir well again.

7. Combine all the salad ingredients together. Mix beets, meat, proteins and pickled cucumbers. Season the salad with the cooked sauce. Salt to your liking and stir. Top the salad with crushed walnuts. Enjoy your meal!
