Beetroot and herring salad christmas

Herring - 2 pcs., Potatoes - 2 pcs., Pears - 0.5 pcs., Lemons - 0.5 pcs., Onions - 1 pc., Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp, Sour cream - 3 tbsp, White pepper - to taste, Salt - to taste, Beets - 1 pc., Cranberries - 50 g, Pears - 0.5 pcs., Onions - 1 pc., Olive oil - 2 tbsp, Sugar - 2 tbsp, White pepper - to taste, Salt - to taste, Parsley - to taste
Cut the potatoes into a small cube.
Grate the beets on a coarse grater.
Finely chop the onions white and red.
Put the onions in different plates, pour boiling water for a few minutes. Then drain the water.
Peel peel and seeds. Cut into a small cube and divide into two parts.
Cut the fillet into a small cube. Add lemon juice. Mix.
WHITE SALAD: Potatoes, herring, white onion, half pear, sour cream, mayonnaise, white pepper, stir salt and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Put the rest of the pear, cranberries and sugar in a thick-bottomed saucepan.
Over a low heat, cook the fruit until soft for 5 minutes.
RED SALAD: Until the fruit has cooled, add beets, red onions, white peppers, salt, olive oil to them and mix everything. Put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Put on the dish in the form of stripes diagonally with a diamond - alternate white and red salads.
