How to make a salad from fresh cucumbers and cheese? Very simple! First, prepare all the necessary ingredients on the list. The ingredients can be supplemented or replaced to your liking. Mayonnaise can take a shop or cook yourself.
Wash the cucumbers, dry. Cut into small cubes. To make the salad more delicate, I advise you to cut the skin. The number of cucumbers depends on the size. If cucumbers are large, like mine, two are enough, if short-fruited, then you can take 3-4 pieces.
Boil the eggs hard-boiled, chill and peel. Divide into squirrels and yolks. Grate the proteins on a coarse grater. Rub the yolks on a fine grater. You can rub the yolks immediately or directly on the salad, then they will be more airy.
Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Cheese will suit anyone. I have an ordinary Russian.
Wash the dill and spring onions, dry and chop. If desired, you can replace or supplement with other herbs, for example, cilantro, parsley or use a mixture of different herbs.
You can just mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl, but I prefer to make a salad in a culinary ring 14-16cm in diameter. Put the diced cucumber in the first layer and pour over the mayonnaise. I put the mayonnaise in a pastry bag and cut off the tip. This is more convenient than a spoon.
Spread the grated cheese in the next layer and pour over the mayonnaise. If you wish, you can salt some layers, but I usually do not add salads with mayonnaise, mayonnaise is enough.
Further - grated proteins and mayonnaise.
Another layer is grated yolks.
Top with the remaining chopped greens.
Remove the cooking ring before serving. Decorate the salad as desired. Enjoy your meal!
