How to make a radish salad with egg cucumber and spring onions? To make lettuce, first of all, you need to boil eggs. To do this, put the eggs in a small bucket and cover with cold water. Put them on the heat and bring them to a boil. Cook them in boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Then drain the water and fill them with cold water so that they cool down faster. Clean the cooled eggs from the shell, cut and put in a bowl to make a salad.

Rinse radishes and cucumber well in running water from pollution. Wet them with excess moisture. Cut off the tails from the vegetables.

Cut the cucumber into 4 parts, and then grind. Add the chopped cucumber to the bowl to the eggs.

Cut radishes with the same thin quarters. Add it, too, to the salad.
