Beijing kale salad with tomatoes

Beijing Chinese cabbage - 250 gr, Cherry tomatoes - 150 gr, Eggs - 2 pcs., Hard cheese - 50 gr, Olive oil - 2 tbsp., Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.
Remove the top leaves from the head of Peking cabbage. They will not be useful to us. Dust has accumulated on them, so they just need to be thrown away. To make a salad, shave Beijing cabbage.
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut each tomato into 4 pieces.
In a spacious bowl, combine the crushed cabbage and chopped tomatoes.
Pour a little lemon juice and olive oil over the vegetables. To taste, add some salt to the salad. Stir everything and place on a plate to serve the salad.
Peel the pre-boiled eggs from the shell and cut each into 4 parts. Spread the chopped eggs around the whole salad.
Sprinkle the top of the salad with grated cheese and serve immediately to the table. If desired, the salad can be sprinkled a little with crushed dill. Such a light salad will perfectly complement any meat dish. Enjoy your meal!
