How to make a Beijing cabbage salad with smoked chicken? Prepare the products. Choose cabbage with a tight fork, with whole elastic leaves. You can take any smoked chicken - spud, shin, chicken breast, I take chicken spud. Boil the eggs beforehand until tender and cool in cold water. Choose high-quality cheese, without vegetable fats, with a neutral taste.
Remove the selected cheese from the package and cut into small cubes. The salad will look beautiful and neat if you cut all the ingredients into the same size and shape in pieces (for example, cubes). Therefore, I do all the cutting, except for cabbage, in this form. Add the chopped cheese to the previously prepared ingredients.
