2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and flavour it with garlic, for which the cloves must be crushed with a knife blade and fried in heated oil until the aroma returns.
3. Fry the liver to a ruddy crust on all sides. It will take about 6-9 minutes. At the end, season the liver with salt and pepper. Stage three - preparing vegetables:
1. Pepper must be washed, cleaned and cut into half rings.
2. In the pan where the liver was fried, fry the chopped peppers.
3. Onions clean and shink thin rings.
4. Cut cherry tomatoes into quarters. Stage four - refueling and supply:
1. Put the vegetables in a deep bowl, fill with dressing and gently mix.
2. We put the liver on a large flat dish and next to it, slightly covering the liver pieces, lay out the seasoned vegetables. We serve the salad on the table in a warm form, we use it in good company! Enjoy your meal!
