To make a salad of boiled red beans and carrots, we need a gram of 100-150 beans dry, three medium-sized carrots, 1-2 garlic cloves, breadcrumbs and mayonnaise. To make the salad healthier and tastier, it is best to use homemade mayonnaise of your own production for dressing. Crackers can be taken ready-made or cooked on their own.

It is better to soak the beans before cooking for at least two hours, or better for the night. This way we will reduce the cooking time of the beans. Then rinse the beans and cook for about one hour. Salt beans for 10 minutes before the end of cooking.
