Chicken liver - 200 grams, Onions - 1 pc., Carrots - 1 pc., Pickled cucumbers - 1 pc., Vegetable oil - 40 grams, Salt - to taste, Mayonnaise - 30 grams
For salad, take chicken liver, onions, carrots, pickled cucumber, mayonnaise, salt.
Finely chop the onions, grate the carrots.
Fry the onions first in the oil, then add the carrots. Cook with stirring over a medium heat until tender, you don't need to fry especially, just until soft.
Thinly chop the cucumber.
Boil the chicken liver in salted water and cool.
Put the fried vegetables in the salad bowl, add the cucumber,
