For the preparation of Imperial salad, the following ingredients are needed: chicken breasts, onions, eggs, mayonnaise, sugar, sunflower oil, table salt, vinegar, and fresh parsley greens for decoration.
Boil the chicken breast until tender and cut into small pieces.
Cut the onions into half rings.
Marinate onions. To do this, add vinegar, sugar and salt to the onion. Stir, lightly squeeze the onions with your hands. We leave it for 10 minutes.
Beat the egg and sunflower oil in a bowl.
We bake two thin pancakes from the resulting egg mixture. Pancakes bake very quickly: no more than a minute on the first side and 30 seconds on the second.
Cut pancakes into strips. For convenience, the pancake can be rolled up.
We start forming lettuce. The first layer is half the sliced chicken breast. Rinse the layer with mayonnaise.
The second layer is a onion pickled with half rings. Grease onions with mayonnaise on top.
Put the second half of the chicken breast. Do not forget to miss mayonnaise.
And the last layer is pancakes. We will not use mayonnaise. We decorate the salad with parsley greens. We serve to the table.
