Chrysanthemum salad with chips

Smoked chicken - 350 gr, Canned corn - 200 gr, Champignons - 150 gr, Eggs - 4 pcs., Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp., Chips - 50 gr, Parsley - 20 gr.
How do you make a beautiful Chrysanthemum salad with chips? There is nothing complicated. First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Smoked chicken can be taken not only in the form of breasts, but also thighs, shins. Take large eggs: the more eggs, the tastier the salad.
Peel the chicken fillet from the skin and bones and cut into small cubes. If the breast is large, halves may be enough. If the breast is small, then removing the skin and bones of the meat is just enough for a salad. Instead of smoked meat, you can simply boil the desired parts of the chicken in salted water.
Remove the champignons from the marinade and dry. If the mushrooms are whole, cut them into plates. Canned mushrooms can be replaced with fresh ones by frying them in vegetable oil until golden.
Peel the canned corn on a sieve and dry.
Boil the eggs hard-boiled, chill and peel. Separate the squirrels and yolks. I immediately grated the proteins on a medium grater, and rubbed the yolks directly on the salad so that they would not get dirty.
Put the chopped smoked chicken on the dish. Grease the layer with mayonnaise on top. I put the mayonnaise in a pastry bag and cut off the tip - so it's more convenient to apply it to a salad.
Next, lay out the champignon plates and also pour over the mayonnaise.
Spread the canned corn on top. It is advisable to press the layer lightly with your hands, because corn sometimes does not hold well and crumbles in some places, violating the integrity of the salad. Top with mayonnaise.
Lay egg whites on corn and brush them with mayonnaise.
The last layer is the yolks grated on a fine grater. You can grate them beforehand along with the proteins, I prefer to grate on top to keep it airy. This layer does not need to be poured with mayonnaise. Put the salad in the fridge for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, prepare a piece of jewellery that will match the lettuce's name. Choose beautiful, even chips, like Pringles. Taste can be chosen by anyone. I have no supplements. If you want the edges of the flower to be with a beautiful red shade like mine, lower one edge into a bowl of ground paprika.
Before serving, stick chips into the salad to make a chrysanthemum flower. I have the bottom petals from ordinary chips, and all the following are tinted with paprika. It turned out to be a very spectacular and beautiful flower. Under the chips, decorate the flower with parsley greens. Enjoy your meal!
