How to make gourmet salad with chicken and mushrooms? Prepare the products. Boil the chicken fillet until tender, so do the eggs. Cool them down. Extract the canned champignons from the brine.
Peel the onions, wash, finely chop, pour boiling water and let the extra bitterness go away in this way (we will carefully heat the onions before adding them to the salad). Champignons, reclined in a colander, free from excess liquid.
Cut into fresh and pickled cucumbers.
Rub cheese in a bowl on a medium grater.
Cut the boiled chicken fillet and champignons.
Rub eggs on a large grater.
Put all the prepared ingredients in a bowl, add mayonnaise (yogurt or sour cream) and, if necessary, slightly season.
Put the salad on the dish with a slide, decorate. I have a bell pepper flower with rocket leaves. It is advisable to cool the salad a little before serving - this will make it even tastier. Enjoy your meal!
