Champignons - 200 grams, Onions - 1 pc., Eggs - 3 pcs., Potatoes - 3 pcs., Pickled cucumbers - 100 grams, Mayonnaise - 50 grams, Vegetable oil - 20 grams, Dry spices - to taste, Salt - to taste
Peel the onion, rinse and finely chop. Rinse the champignons, dry and cut. Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot pan and fry the onions for a minute. Then add the mushrooms and fry everything together for a further 6-7 minutes. Add salt and spices to taste. Moisture from mushrooms should evaporate. Champignons will begin to fry slightly. Place the fried mushrooms with onions on a plate and cool.
Boil the eggs and potatoes. Pour water over the eggs, bring to a boil and boil for 7-8 minutes. Then cool the eggs in cold water. Rinse potatoes from contaminants. There is no need to clean. Pour over the water, bring to the boil and cook for 15-20 minutes until soft. Then cool down. Peel the cooled potatoes and eggs.
