Mushroom glade salad with chicken

Canned champignons - 200 gr, Parsley - 10 gr, Chicken fillet - 200 gr, Carrots - 100 gr, Hard cheese - 100 gr, Chicken eggs - 3 pcs., Pickled cucumbers - 150 gr, Potatoes - 250 gr, Mayonnaise - 5 tbsp.

Necessary ingredients

Boil eggs, potatoes and carrots until cooked in salted water

We peel boiled eggs, potatoes and carrots

We line the shape of a suitable diameter with cling film and put the champignons on the bottom with our hats down

Next we put leaves of parsley (or dill)

We cut boiled chicken and lay it out with the next layer, lubricate with mayonnaise

Carrots to three, grease with mayonnaise

Next layer grated cheese

Grease with mayonnaise

Finely cut eggs, lay out the next layer

The next layer is chopped finely pickled cucumbers

The last layer is grated boiled potatoes, greased with mayonnaise

Send lettuce to the fridge for at least an hour for 3

We turn over - and voila!
