How do you make Greek Salad with Bryza Classic? Prepare the ingredients. Wash the vegetables, dry them.
Slice the tomatoes.
Peel the bell peppers from the seeds and cut into semicircles.
Cut the cucumbers into circles.
Cut the onion into half rings.
Cut the brynzu into medium cubes.
In a salad bowl, combine the vegetables, add the sugar, salt and freshly ground black pepper. Season with olive oil and lemon juice. Gently mix.
Add the brynza and olives. Sprinkle with dried oregano. Put the salad in the fridge for 20 minutes.
