How to make a salad fried mushrooms with egg and chicken? Prepare the ingredients: smoked chicken (spud or breast); boiled and peeled chicken eggs; hard cheese; half of the middle bulb; champignons washed or wiped from dirt with a damp rag; small tomatoes; mayonnaise (preferably homemade); mushroom frying oil.
