Generalsky salad with radish

How to make Generalsky salad with radish? Boil chicken fillet, potatoes, eggs, beets in advance. I add salt when cooking, so I won't salt the ingredients in the salad. We lay out the salad in layers, so prepare a transparent salad bowl or a flat dish and a circle (I make it from paper).
Layer 1 - grate boiled potatoes on a coarse grater, brush with mayonnaise.
2nd layer - grate radish on a fine grater. Squeeze the juice from it, lay out a layer of radish, salt a little, and brush this layer with sour cream, it is she who will soften the taste of radish.
3rd layer - grate raw carrots on a coarse grater, then mayonnaise, when greased with mayonnaise, lightly press all the layers.
Layer 4 - Finely chop the chicken fillet, then the mayonnaise.
Layer 5 - finely chop the onions, then the mayonnaise. If the onion is mustard, pour boiling water over it and rinse under cold water.
6th layer - grate apple, mayonnaise on a coarse grater.
7th layer - divide the eggs into proteins and yolks, rub them separately, leave some for decoration, put the rest in a layer, then mayonnaise.
Layer 8 - grate the candle on a large grater, rinse it with mayonnaise and mix a little with the candle so that the mayonnaise is painted with beet juice. Then you get a beautiful crimson-pink tint of the layer, with burgundy veins of beets.
You can decorate to your taste. I decorated the edges with grated egg yolk and the middle with egg white. Then remove the circle from the paper, cut its edge and carefully remove. You can stop there - the salad is ready!
If you want to decorate with a carrot flower, then we continue. Take the spicy part of the carrot.
Cut out the petals with a sharp knife, starting from the wide edge of the carrot to the spicy one. Cut before reaching 1cm to the end of the carrot.
Chop. That is, cut the next circle of petals where there was a gap in the previous circle.
Then you need to sharpen the middle of the carrot, carefully cut its corners. And cut the lowest wide petals in half to make the petals thicker.
Place the carrot flower in the center of the salad, but do not push hard, as the salad will spread (if it is on a flat platter). If you put it in a deep salad bowl, then you can press the flower into the salad. Then make leaves from green onion feathers, you can use fresh parsley greens.
