General's classic chicken salad

Chicken fillet - 300 g, Hard cheese - 80 g, Walnuts - 50 g, Eggs - 2 pcs., Carrots - 1 pc., Beets - 1 pc., Dill - 10 g, Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
How to make General's classic salad with chicken? First, prepare all the necessary ingredients on the list. Beetroot can be used not only boiled, but also baked in the oven. The stores sell ready-made boiled beets in vacuum packaging. Using shop beets will save you time cooking.
Wash the chicken fillet and boil in boiling salted water until tender for about 20 minutes. Then chill the chicken and cut into small cubes. Instead of boiled chicken, you can fry the fillet in a pan or bake in the oven in foil. Instead of fresh chicken, you can use smoked chicken.
Boil the beets in the skin until tender. Grate coarse or medium grater.
Boil the carrots in the skin until tender. Grate coarse or medium grater.
Boil the eggs hard-boiled, cool and peel. Also grate. If desired, you can separate the yolks and proteins and grate them separately, forming two layers instead of one.
Grate the cheese also on a coarse or medium grater.
Rinse the walnuts and dry in a dry pan. Then finely chop the nuts with a knife. You can also grind nuts in a blender.
Wash the dill, dry and chop finely. Dill can be replaced with parsley or other herbs to taste.
This salad looks very beautiful if you form it in layers. You can form in one ring with a diameter of 16-18 cm or in small portion rings with a diameter of 7-8 cm. Install a culinary ring on the plate. Lay out the chicken and compact. Pour mayonnaise over the top. I put the mayonnaise in a pastry bag and cut off the tip. This is more convenient than a spoon.
Put the grated cheese in the next layer and pour over the mayonnaise as well.
The next layer is grated eggs and mayonnaise.
Then carrots and mayonnaise.
Put the beets on the carrots and pour over the mayonnaise.
Sprinkle a layer of beetroot over the crushed dill.
Put walnuts in the center for dill, not reaching the edges a little so that the greens are visible. Place the salad for 1 hour in the fridge for soaking.
