Potatoes - 1 pc., Carrots - 1 pc., Hard cheese - 50 g, Eggs - 2 pcs., Canned mackerel - 1 pc., Dill - 0.5 g, Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.

For individual bowls, we rub one medium boiled potatoes. Also on a coarse grater we grind 1 boiled carrot, 50 grams of hard cheese, and 2 boiled eggs.

We separate the bones from one jar of mackerel and knead well with a fork.

We finely grind a little dill, each to your liking.

On a plate, lay out a mold with a diameter of 12x12 centimeters and lay out a layer of potatoes. Grease with mayonnaise on top and rinse the salad.

Lay out the carrots. We do not lay out all the carrots, leave a little on the next layer. We rinse with mayonnaise.

The next layer will be laid out with pre-prepared mackerel, we will rinse well with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with crushed dill.

Put grated cheese on top, I use Russian cheese and also rinse with mayonnaise.

We lay out the remaining carrots, distribute them over the mold and lubricate with mayonnaise.

The last layer we use 2 grated eggs. We put it on a salad and distribute it evenly throughout the entire form. We send it to the refrigerator for 20 minutes so that the salad soaks up a little.

We take it out of the mold and decorate it at will, I decorated it with green onion feathers and pomegranate grains. Have a pleasant appetite and Happy New Year!!!
