How to make Duboc salad with chicken and champignons? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Boil the chicken fillet beforehand in boiling water for about 30 minutes. Salt a little. Boil the eggs in boiling water for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the hot water, and pour cold water over the eggs. Cool the chicken meat and eggs completely. Choose cheese for your taste. Any other mushrooms can be used instead of champignons.
Rinse fresh champignons thoroughly in running water against contamination. Then soak a little from excess moisture. Cut the washed champignons into large pieces. I have small champignons, so I cut them into just 4 pieces.
Pour some vegetable oil into a hot pan and place the chopped mushrooms. Fry them for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Salt them a little and sprinkle with spices, such as ground pepper. During frying, mushrooms will decrease slightly in size. Cool the fried mushrooms completely.
Cut the chicken meat and hard cheese into small cubes and transfer to a salad bowl.
Add the cooled mushrooms to the bowl.
Peel the boiled eggs from the shell and slice. Grind some fresh greens. Add the eggs and greens to the bowl to the salad. Season with mayonnaise and mix everything.
