Salad santa claus

Hard cheese - 60 gr, Mayonnaise - 150 gr, Rice - 1 pack., Soy sauce - 2 tbsp., Eggs - 2 pcs., Mustard - 1 tea., Pink salmon - 200 gr., Water - 3 pack., Greens - 3 tbsp., Ground black pepper - to taste
Rinse and boil the rice until tender, after which we let it cool completely - after boiling, the rice does not need to be washed so that it is viscous. Drain the juice from the canned food into a bowl (it will soon be needed), remove the bones, and warm the fish with a fork.
Cook the eggs hard-boiled, laying them in boiling water with a slight addition of salt for 10 minutes. Then we transfer to cold water so that they cool down. Eggs are clean and separate yolks from proteins. We cook the sauce. We rub two boiled yolks with fish juice and mustard, put cheese and proteins grated here.

We mix everything well.
We start assembling lettuce. First of all, we lay out part of the rice on the dish with such a slide, as shown in the photo.
Grease rice with sauce.
We apply part of the fish mass on top.
Grease the fish layer with sauce.
We continue to lay out layers of rice and fish, alternating them and rinsing with sauce. We form the completed figure of Santa Claus - see the photo for an example.
We make red mayonnaise for decoration like this: we add beetroot juice or dye to mayonnaise and mix it all well until the color is uniform.
Grease Santa's body, cheeks and cap with red mayonnaise.
We rinse the beard and edging of the fur coat with white mayonnaise, cloves go to the eyes.
There are olives on the legs and handles.
We cut star snowflakes from cheese.
The salad should stand in the fridge for two hours to soak well.
