Walnuts and apples chicken turtle salad

Chicken fillet - 150 g, Eggs - 4 pcs., Hard cheese - 100 g, Apples - 2 pcs., Onions - 1 pc., Walnuts - 150 g, Mayonnaise - 100 g
How to make Turtle salad? First, prepare everything you need for our salad. Boil chicken fillet in slightly salted water (if you decide to do with it). Boil the eggs hard-boiled and cool them. Choose apples for your taste, almost any will go here: sweet, sour-sweet.
Cut the chicken fillet (boiled, fried or smoked) into small cubes.
Peel three of the four eggs. Put one aside for now. Separate the squirrels and yolks. Rub them individually on a fine grater.
Grate cheese and fresh apples, peeled.
Peel, chop and pour boiling water over the onions to remove any unnecessary bitterness.
Rinse the onion in cold water and drain all the liquid from it. Dry the onions.
Fold the walnuts into a plastic bag, place on a board and use a rolling pin to grind them.
You can just chop them with a knife to the state of a large crumb.
Start putting the salad on a wide, flat dish. The first layer should be grated egg whites.
Top the proteins with chicken fillet.
Brush the chicken layer with mayonnaise.
Top with the bulb onions.
Sprinkle with grated apples.
Grease the apple layer with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with grated cheese, covering the entire surface of the salad and shaping it into a & quot; turtle & quot; shape. I do it with my hands.
Sprinkle the cheese with yolks and brush with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle walnuts over the salad, mimicking the turtle shell.
Decorate the salad in your own way.
Remember that we still have one whole egg left? I added a turtle head of egg, peppercorns and a piece of red-skinned apple.
For legs, take walnut halves. Use mayonnaise to finish the mesh on the & quot; shell & quot; turtles and decorate with onion rings on top.
Our delicious salad is ready.
