How to make Tsarsky salad with caviar and squid? Boil the potatoes in a uniform, peel. Collect the salad in a serving dish using a cooking ring. Put the first layer of potatoes grated on a large grater. Salt to taste. Grease the layer with mayonnaise.
Defrost and boil the squid carcass, cleaned from the insides, chitin rods and skin, in boiling salted water for two minutes, no longer. Remove the squid, cool. Shave them with fine straws.
Put in the next layer, brush with mayonnaise.
Next, a sweet and sour apple on a large grater (do not grease it with mayonnaise). And then boiled eggs, grated on a coarse grater, plus mayonnaise.
Put the last layer of finely grated spicy cheese. Tilsiter is perfect. On the surface of the cheese, draw a fine trickle of mayonnaise mesh. Not necessarily according to the line, because the irregularities can then be easily disguised.
