Royal classic salad with red caviar in tartlets

We start cooking: - we defrost the squid, clean it, rinse it under running water, then send it to a saucepan with cool boiling water and boil them for 4 minutes. Then we remove it from the pan, fold it on a sieve, let it drain excess moisture and cut into small cubes; - salmon fillet is also cut into small cubes; - generously spray thawed shrimp with lemon juice. Peel the garlic, finely three and add it to the shrimp, seasoning on top with black pepper. We marinate for 10-15 minutes; - boil the eggs hard-boiled, cool in cold water, peel, and finely cut; - my tomatoes, remove the juice and seeds with a teaspoon, and cut the flesh into small cubes; - mix everything in one bowl and fill with mayonnaise; - we lay out the salad in tartlets, decorate with red caviar and send it to the refrigerator to wait in the wings.
