We start cooking: - we defrost the squid, clean it, rinse it under running water, then send it to a saucepan with cool boiling water and boil them for 4 minutes. Then we remove it from the pan, fold it on a sieve, let it drain excess moisture and cut into small cubes; - salmon fillet is also cut into small cubes; - generously spray thawed shrimp with lemon juice. Peel the garlic, finely three and add it to the shrimp, seasoning on top with black pepper. We marinate for 10-15 minutes; - boil the eggs hard-boiled, cool in cold water, peel, and finely cut; - my tomatoes, remove the juice and seeds with a teaspoon, and cut the flesh into small cubes; - mix everything in one bowl and fill with mayonnaise; - we lay out the salad in tartlets, decorate with red caviar and send it to the refrigerator to wait in the wings. Serve the salad on the table, decorated with fresh herbs! Treat yourself to health!
