Bouquet salad

Potatoes - 3 pieces, Carrots - 1 piece, Beets - 3 pieces, Prunes - 13 pieces, Walnuts - 4 pieces, Onions - 1 piece, Dill - 20 grams, Parsley - 20 grams, Salt - to taste, Pepper - to taste, Mayonnaise - 300 grams, Egg yolks - 1 piece.
Marinate onions. Cut the onions into a cube, mix half a teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 30 ml of 9% vinegar and pour hot water. We leave it for 30 minutes.
We cut the washed prunes in half and stuff it in half of the nut kernel.
Three boiled potatoes on a coarse grater, salted and pepper. Add a tablespoon of mayonnaise and mix. We put it on a plate and give the shape of a bouquet. Top with pickled onions.
Boiled carrots to three on a coarse grater, salt and pepper. Add mayonnaise and mix. Put potatoes on top. And on carrots we lay out stuffed prunes as in the photo.
Boiled buryak also three on a large grater, salt pepper. Add mayonnaise and 3 pieces of finely chopped prunes to the beets, mix. Put on carrots and sprinkle with pickled onions.
Eggs to three on a medium grater on top of beets. Grease with mayonnaise.
We decorate the bouquet with greens and one boiled yolk. Salad is ready!
