Herring - 1 pc., Potatoes - 2 pcs., Carrots - 1 pc., Cucumbers - 1 pc., Mayonnaise - 200 g, Greens - 150 g, Chicken eggs - 2 pcs., Milk - 1 pack., Wheat flour - 1 pack., Sunflower oil - 2 tea liters, Salt - to taste, Beetroot - 1 pc., Hard cheese - 100 g, Mayonnaise - 80 g, Garlic - 2 teeth.
Salad products. Boil potatoes, pastries, carrots until tender, cool. We go over the greens, we drain mine. We clean the herring from the bones very carefully, or we use already prepared herring fillet bought in the store.
Pancake products. We sift through the flour. To save time, pancakes can be made while vegetables are cooked for salad.
We prepare a batter for pancakes. Beat eggs, pour milk (you can take 1 cup of milk, or you can mix 0. 5 tbsp. milk and 0. 5 tbsp. water), sunflower oil, pour salt and flour, mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps.
Bake pancakes in a pan and cool. I got 4 big pancakes.
We rub peeled potatoes, carrots in separate containers on a large grater, cut cucumbers into small cubes.
We place salad sheets and parsley greens symmetrically in a circle on the dish. Spread the herring fillet cut into small pieces on top of the greens, lubricate this layer with mayonnaise.
Put a layer of cucumbers on top.
Then we lay out: layer of potatoes + mayonnaise, layer of carrots + mayonnaise.
Before cooking the pancake filling, we determine how many roses in the bouquet will be white and how many will be burgundy. I decided that the 1/4 part of the roses would be white, the rest - burgundy. We prepare the filling: we rub hard cheese on the grater, glow, grind garlic. Mix all these ingredients, except for the beets, until homogeneous. We deposit separately 1/4 part of the filling for white roses. Mix the candle into the remaining filling and stir until homogeneous.
Grease each pancake with filling. Wrap it in a roll and cut into 2cm slices.
If the filling remains, put it on top of the salad.
We lay out pancakes with filling on top - roses, in which we slightly push the petals, decorate the bouquet salad with dill or green onions. I added red currant berries to the buds of white roses. Everything, the salad The bride's bouquet is ready!
