How to make an Austrian salad?
1. Wash the carrots, boil until cooked, then cool, peel, grate over a coarse grater.

2. In parallel, boil the eggs hard-boiled, cool, peel from the shell. Separate the yolks from the proteins, rub the yolks on a fine grater, the proteins on a large one.

2. Open sardines with a fork in the gruel.

3. Peel the onions, cut into small bars, fry in vegetable oil.

4. Grate the cheese over a coarse grater.

5. Put the salad in layers, brush each with mayonnaise: sardine, onions, protein, carrots, cheese, yolks.
