Pineapple salad with cheese and garlic

Pineapples - 400 gr, Hard cheese - 250 gr, Garlic - 1 tooth, Ground black pepper - to taste, Mayonnaise - 40 gr
How to make a salad with pineapples? Prepare the ingredients. Drain all the juice from the canned pineapples. Dry the fruit with a paper towel. Take any cheese to your taste. I advise you to use mayonnaise at home.
Cut the pineapples into small pieces and squeeze slightly.
Grate the cheese on a medium grater, set aside a little for decoration.
In a suitably sized salad bowl, combine the pineapples, cheese and the garlic passed through the press together.
Add the mayonnaise and black ground pepper to the salad.
Mix everything thoroughly. The mass should be quite dense, not spread, so add mayonnaise gradually. Consider that it can leave you either more or less than mine.
Put a culinary ring (⍉ 12-14 cm) on a plate or dish and put the salad in it.
Seal well with a spoon or bottom of a glass. Put the ring salad in the fridge for 15 minutes to grab well.
Remove the salad from the fridge and carefully remove the ring.
Sprinkle the salad over the top with the remaining grated cheese, place the pineapple rings on top of them and garnish with parsley or other herbs. I also decorated with olives. Enjoy your meal!
