Chicken fillet - 250 grams, Canned champignons - 200 grams, Tomatoes - 1 pc., Garlic - 2 teeth., Hard cheese - 100 grams, Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp., Salt - 0.25 kgl.
How to make Alex's salad with chicken and champignons? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Take chicken fillet boiled, baked or smoked to your taste. Cheese is preferably hard or semi-hard, choose a quality product. Peel the garlic cloves. Rinse the vegetables thoroughly in cold water and dry with a paper or tea towel.
Chilled chicken fillet cut into small cubes and put in a spacious bowl.
Drain the liquid from the canned champignons. Cut, additionally shredded, if the mushrooms are whole, cut into slices and put in a bowl to the chicken.
Remove the base of the peduncle from the tomatoes. Cut into the same cubes as the chicken and add to the salad.
Grate the cheese over a coarse grater and add to the bowl.
Pass the garlic cloves through the press or grate on a fine grater. Add the crushed garlic and mayonnaise to the salad, mix all the ingredients and salt to taste.
