How to make Achichuk salad? Prepare all the necessary components that you will need to make a salad. Tomatoes choose juicy, non-fleshy and dense. This time I took cocktail tomatoes in the amount of 5-6 pieces. They are larger in size than cherry tomatoes and smaller than regular tomatoes. They have a rich sweet taste, which made the finished salad very tasty.
Rinse tomatoes under running cold water. Dry them with paper wipes to remove the remaining water drops. Halve each tomato and remove the stalk attachment points.
Cut the tomatoes into wedges not very large. If desired, you can cut into very thin slices. Send the pieces to a deep, fit bowl.
Peel and rinse the onions. Also remove any remaining water with a tea towel or napkin. In order for the salad to look brighter, I used half a red onion and half a regular bulb. Cut the onion into thin half rings and send to the tomatoes.
Rinse basil, dry and finely chop. From greens, parsley, cilantro or feathers of green onions can be used. Add greens to all components.
Salt everything to taste, pepper with ground peppers and mix thoroughly. Let it brew for about a minute or two, stir again and serve.
Very delicious in addition to meat dishes.
