How to make New Year's Fish Tiger Salad for the New Year 2022? Prepare the products. Instead of saira, you can take other canned food - sardine, pink salmon, tuna. Choose fish in your own juice, without adding oil.
Open a tin of canned food, drain and place the fish in a bowl. With a fork, mash it to the state of the pate. If there are large bones in the fish, then it is better to remove them.
Peel and chop the onions as small as possible.
Peel and grate the pre-boiled carrots. How to cook carrots? Wash the root vegetables well, fold them into a saucepan and pour cold water over them. Cook the carrots over a low heat for 20-30 minutes after boiling, depending on their size. Determine the readiness with a knife - it should easily pierce the root crop. Drain the water and cool the carrots.
Peel and grate the boiled eggs on the same medium grater. Lay the protein of one egg to decorate. How to boil hard-boiled eggs? To prevent the eggs from cracking when cooking, put them in cold water and set them to cook on a small heat. Cook the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. It is better to clean the shell from a sharp temperature difference.
