How to make a roll of pita bread with saira? Prepare the products according to the list. Saira preserved in oil. Fresh greens: spinach, parsley, dill; you can take any greens to taste. Boil the eggs beforehand until tender, cool. The cheese is hard. Sour cream (preferably 20% fat), mustard, salt, pepper - for sauce, you can replace everything with mayonnaise, but, of course, it will not be so useful.
To prepare the filling: - eggs, boiled and cooled, peel from the shell and grate on coarse grater; - release the cheese from packaging and shell, grate on coarse grater; - remove the canned saira from the can and mash in a bowl with a fork. For the sauce, combine the sour cream, mustard, add salt and pepper to taste and mix. Try and add the spices if necessary.
