Thin pita bread - 250 gr, Processed cheese - 200 gr, Hard cheese - 100 gr, Tomatoes - 2 pcs., Dill - 30 gr, Parsley - 30 gr
How to make a pita roll with tomatoes and cheese? Prepare all the necessary ingredients for the filling. It is better to use the processed cheese soft in boxes - it is easier to smear it on pita bread. In addition to dill and parsley, you can also add spring onion feathers, cilantro or other greens. Greens can be replaced with leaves of any green salad (like Iceberg, Frillis).
Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut in half. To prevent moisture from tomatoes from soaking all pita bread, it is better to cut out the middle with seeds. Cut the flesh into small cubes. It is better not to cut tomatoes coarsely, as they can tear it when rolling up the roll. For the filling, choose fleshy tomatoes, in which there is more pulp and less juice.
Conditionally divide pita bread into three identical parts. Sprinkle a third of the pita over the tomato pieces. Sprinkle the second third of pita bread with grated cheese. Sprinkle the last third with the crushed greens. You can sprinkle everything not separately, but mix all the filling in a bowl and sprinkle it evenly with all the pita bread.
