How to make pita roll with sausage and cheese? It is necessary to prepare the necessary ingredients. Sausage can be used to your taste: raw smoked, boiled-smoked or boiled (Doctoral, Dairy). I have pita bread in one long piece. If you have several small sheets, you can fold them into a large rectangle slightly overlapping each other, or form a roll in layers, rinsing each with mayonnaise and sprinkling with filling.
Cut the sausage into small bars or cubes.
Wash the tomato, dry and cut into small slices. Initially, I wanted to cut tomatoes into thin circles, but for a more convenient roll-up, I then cut each circle into bars. If tomatoes are too watery, they can soak pita bread. Therefore, the core of such tomatoes is better removed.
Grate the cheese on a coarse or medium grater.
Rinse the greens, dry and chop finely.
Combine the mayonnaise with the greens and garlic clove passed through the press. Mix everything well.
