6 servings2 hours 20 min
Pink salmon - 1 pc., Thin lavash - 1 g, Bell pepper - 1 pc., Cucumbers - 1 pc., Processed cheese - 200 g, Greens - to taste
How to make a pita roll with pink salmon? This snack dish is prepared very simply, it does not require anything to be boiled first. Wash the greens and grind. Wash the cucumbers and cut into strips.
Combine the melted cheese with the chopped greens. Melted cheese can be taken classic, without additives, or cheese with some taste. In this regard, you can safely experiment.
Wash and peel the Bulgarian sweet pepper. I have red, but you can take peppers of other colors or use a multi-colored mix.
Cut it into strips.
Grease the thin pita bread with the resulting mixture
I took pink salmon in a jar, already chopped.
On top of the spread on the very edge, lay out the cucumber and pink salmon in layers, as shown in the photo.
Make one turn. Now put the bell pepper, pink salmon, turn again.
Continue alternating layers. Then wrap the pita roll in cellophane and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Cut the finished pita bread, when it is properly soaked, into portioned pieces - mini rolls. Our snack dish is ready to serve!
