Grate crab sticks on a medium grater.
The melted cheese is also grated on a medium grater. To make the cheese easier to grate, you can first put it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
Wash the tomato, dry and cut into small cubes. To prevent pita bread from spreading much while it cools, it is better to remove the liquid core with seeds from the tomato.
Pass the garlic through the press (you can finely chop it).
Wash the dill, dry and chop finely.
Combine crab sticks, grated cheese, herbs and garlic in a salad bowl.
Fill with mayonnaise.
Mix thoroughly.
Expand the pita pita leaf. Spread the crab cheese mass evenly over the pita.
Sprinkle the pita evenly over the top with the tomato pieces.
Roll the pita bread with a thick roll. Wrap the roll in cling film and put in the fridge for 1-2 hours to soak.
Chilled roll, cut into portions and serve. Enjoy your meal!
