Simple tartlet salad with crab sticks

How to make a simple salad in tartlets with crab sticks? Very simple! First, prepare the necessary ingredients. Mayonnaise can take a shop or cook yourself. Sand tartlets can also be used ready-made shops, or baked yourself. The vegetable part can be supplemented or replaced to your liking.
Clean the crab sticks from the film and cut into small cubes.
Drain the liquid from the canned corn. Dry the grains.
Wash and dry the cucumber. Cut into small cubes. The skin, if it is not rough, not damaged and not bitter, does not need to be cut.
Pre-boil the rice in a large amount of boiling salted water until cooked. At the same time, it is important that the rice is crumbly.
Wash dill and parsley, shake off moisture and chop finely. If desired, you can replace or supplement with other herbs, for example, cilantro, green onions or use a mixture of different herbs.
In a bowl, combine crab sticks, canned corn, cucumbers, crumbly boiled rice and herbs.
Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. Optionally, you can season the salad with salt and pepper. Personally, I don't usually add spices to mayonnaise salads. Refrigerate the finished filling for 20 minutes.
Fill the tartlets with chilled crab salad.
Garnish the ready-made tartlets with fresh herbs and serve. Enjoy your meal!
