If tuna with butter, then you can season such a salad with this butter. Medium-sized vegetables, you can reduce the amount to taste. I take two small tomatoes and one large cucumber. It is better to take delicious sweet tomatoes, such as cherry, for a salad.
A salad with tuna and fresh vegetables can be served as a healthy snack or as a full dinner for people who care about their health. Such a salad is a treasure trove of nutrients and vitamins. But, of course, it is better when the vegetables for this salad are grown in their own garden or at least bought in season.

Pick out fresh lettuce leaves, separate from each other and rinse each leaf under running cold water. Place the clean lettuce leaves on a towel to dry. When excess moisture is gone, tear the salad leaves with your hands into pieces and put on a plate (if served in portions) or in a salad bowl.
Rinse fresh tomatoes (try to choose fruits with strong whole skin) with cold water and dry. If tomatoes are winter, then they should be washed more thoroughly. Cut tomatoes into wedges if they are large and into quarters if the tomatoes are small. Add the cut tomatoes to the salad.
Rinse fresh cucumbers as well as tomatoes. Dry and cut with circles or semicircles. Add chopped cucumbers to the salad.
I add salad onions to this salad, it is lighter than bulb and not so spicy. But onions in this salad, if desired, can not be added. You can add ordinary bulb, having previously marinated it. Peel the onions, wash and cut into half rings. Add the chopped onions to the salad.
Extract the canned tuna from the jar and cut into small cubes and add to the salad.
