Cabbage - 300 gr, Carrots - 1 pc., Wine vinegar white - 2 tbsp., Honey - 1 tbsp., Olive oil - 3 tbsp., Salt - to taste, Dill - to taste
To make the salad, take a medium-sized head of cabbage, remove the top weathered sheets and cut off the required amount from it, which you will use in the salad.
Shave cabbage with a sharp knife. Try to make it as thin as possible.
Fold the chopped cabbage into a spacious bowl, salt a little and remember with your hands. Salted cabbage will quickly juice and soften.
Peel the carrots and rinse. Grate the carrots on a medium grater. You can rub it immediately to the cabbage.
Add a little honey and spray the salad with vinegar. Stir.
Pour olive oil over the salad. If desired, you can add a little crushed dill or other greens.
Stir the salad again so that all the ingredients are evenly distributed with each other.
