How to make a salad with fried champignons? Prepare everything you need for this. Boil the chicken fillet beforehand. To do this, lower it into boiling water and cook for 20 minutes. Salt a little. Then cool the chicken. Chop the walnuts a little with a knife and fry in a dry pan until the characteristic aroma appears. Nuts, too, must be cooled.
Wash the champignons, dry and cut into pieces. Peel and finely chop the onions. Fry the onion champignons with a little vegetable oil for 4-5 minutes. During this time, the onions will become soft, and the champignons will decrease slightly in size. Salt them lightly and cool them completely.
Pour boiling water over the prunes and leave for 10 minutes to soften. Then rinse, dry and cut into pieces.
Chill the cooled chicken fillet into small cubes.
Picking a salad is convenient in a special ring. Place the ring on a plate and place the sliced chicken fillet in the first layer. Brush a little with mayonnaise.
Put the fried champignons on the chicken. Cut the carrots in Korean a little smaller than they are and put the next layer on the champignons. You do not need to add mayonnaise to mushrooms and carrots, since these two layers are quite juicy.
Place the chopped prunes and a thin layer of mayonnaise on the carrots.
