How to make cucumbers with meat in Korean? First of all, prepare the products listed. Bell peppers can be used in different colors, then the finished dish will come out incredibly bright and appetizing. Rinse cucumber, bell pepper and peeled garlic in clean water.
Cut the cucumbers into thin strips about 5 centimeters long. Send the bars to a plate or small bowl, salt and leave this way for 10-15 minutes.
Cut the beef into thin, long fragments. To make the meat cut more easily, send it to the freezer and freeze slightly.
Cut the onions into thin half rings, and chop the garlic finely by hand. If desired, pass the garlic through the press. I used half an onion and half a red salad for the recipe.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. On a strong flame, fry the beef until tender. This will take not much time at all, from 3 to 5 minutes.
