How to make a classic salad Tenderness with chicken? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Take any pieces of boneless chicken. It can be breast fillet or hip fillet. We will use raw carrots for salad. But if you wish, you can boil it.
Chicken and eggs must be boiled in advance. Place the chicken meat in boiling water and cook for 30 minutes, salting a little. Cook the eggs in boiling water for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the hot water and fill them with cold water. Cool the meat and eggs. Then peel the eggs from the shell.
Peel the onions and rinse in cold water. Finely chop the peeled onions. Put it in a bowl, pour 150ml of water and vinegar. Leave for 15 minutes to spend. Then roll the onion back onto the strainer to make the glass extra liquid. You can rinse a little with water.
We will lay out the salad in layers. Place the ring on the plate. You can take a few salad leaves to decorate. Finely chop the chicken meat and place in the ring in the first layer. Press a little so that the layer becomes denser. Brush the chicken with mayonnaise.
Distribute the pickled onions evenly.
Put the boiled eggs, grated, in the next layer. Brush the egg layer with mayonnaise.
Peel the fresh carrots, rinse them off the dirt and grate them finely. Put the grated carrots in the next layer and mayonnaise again.
Lay out the cheese grated with the last layer. Take any cheese to your taste. Carefully remove the serving ring. Chill the salad a little in the fridge. Enjoy your meal!
