Boil the eggs hard-boiled, cool, clean the shells. Clean the onions, cut them finely, put them in the piano and pour boiling water, leave them for 5 minutes. We separate the yolks from the proteins and immediately start assembling the salad (I do this using a special detachable ring). We install a ring on a flat dish, put proteins on three coarse grater, put them on the bottom of the dish, lubricate with mayonnaise. We knead salmon a little with a fork and lay it on top of proteins, pepper to taste. We squeeze the onions from the water, lay them on top of the salmon, lubricate with mayonnaise. We rub the cheese on a fine grater, spread it in an even layer. We take the oil out of the freezer, rub it on a fine grater immediately on the cheese, carefully level it. It was the turn of the yolks. Three of them are finely laid out, lubricating the previous layer with mayonnaise. Carefully remove the ring and decorate the salad with green onions (you can decorate with anything, if only you like it). Serve the salad on the festive table - it deserves it! Enjoy your meal!
