We put some rug on the table, spread the cling film on top. We cut pita bread in half if it is large, like mine and line it on film. If small, then we take the whole. Spread with melted cheese
Cut boiled sausage into plates
Tomato with thin half rings
Put sausage and tomato on pita bread
Cover with the second half of pita bread and spread with the remaining melted cheese
Grind greens
Sprinkle the second half of pita bread with greens
Twist pita bread into a roll as much as possible
Wrap with cling film and put in the refrigerator for at least an hour, or better longer - so it will soften and it will be easier to cut. You can make from the evening - and in the morning there will be a great breakfast. Or you can, for example, twist and go to nature - there will be an excellent snack for barbecue. That's all - it took no more than 10 minutes to prepare, and the rest of the preparation will take place without our participation
We take it out of the refrigerator, carefully release it from the film and cut it. I didn't wait a little for the allotted time, so the pita bread spun up a little, so you need to keep it in the refrigerator!
