Lavash with salmon and greens

1. Rinse the lettuce leaves under running water, dry.
2. Grease lavash with curd cheese, put salad leaves on top of it.
3. We cut the fish into thin plates, lay it out, evenly distributing the pita bread over the surface.
4. Twist pita bread tightly with a roll, wrap it in cling film and send it to the refrigerator for half an hour.
5. We cut the finished snack into pieces and serve it on the table. Eat with pleasure!
