How to make pita bread with mushrooms and melted cheese? Prepare the products according to the list. From mushrooms, I have champignons, but you can take any others. Plus, you can have mushrooms both fresh and frozen. In addition, canned ones are suitable. Pita bread needs two sheets, make them the same by cutting the edges. Any processed cheese, put it in the freezer to rub it down more easily.
Peel the onion from the husks and slice arbitrarily. Go through champignons from the ground and garbage, rinse under cold running water. Cut not very large mushrooms. Heat the pan over a medium heat, pour vegetable oil into it, evenly distributing it over the bottom of the pan. Place the chopped champignons and onions and fry until tender, stirring constantly, over a medium heat. At the end of the roasting, salt a little. Cool the ready-made mushrooms with onions.

Over the mushrooms, rub melted cheese on a large grater. Roll the pita bread with a tight roll, wrap it in a film of food and put it in the refrigerator for an hour or two. I always get it not very tight, but we must try to wrap the pita bread with the filling in the roll as hard as possible.
Remove the finished chilled pita roll with mushrooms from the film and cut into 1. 5-2 centimeters thick portions. Serve as a snack on the table.
