How to make crab salad with crackers? Prepare the products. Boil the eggs beforehand and cool. Defrost crab sticks, if frozen. Drain the liquid from the corn. Crackers you can take ready-made or make them yourself. Like mayonnaise, home is great.
Release the sticks from the wrappers. The film in which each crab stick is wrapped is sometimes poorly removed. To facilitate the process, hold the sticks over the steam for 1-3 seconds. Cut them into circles about 1 cm thick.
Wash the cucumbers, cut off the tips. Cut them first lengthwise into plates, then across with straws.
Also cut the peeled eggs into strips. The salad will look beautiful and neat if you cut all the ingredients into the same size and shape in pieces (for example, straws). Repel the shape and size of crackers.
Put all the chopped ingredients in a bowl, add the corn and breadcrumbs there. If you prepare the salad in advance, then put the crackers immediately before serving.
Toss together the salad. Fill it with mayonnaise. If necessary, add salt.
