How to make a classic crab salad with cucumber? Prepare everything you need for this. Open a jar of canned corn and drain the liquid from it. Wash fresh cucumber from pollution. Boil the eggs beforehand in boiling water for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the hot water and cool the eggs in cold water.
Rinse the salad rice several times in cold water. Then drain all the water. Lower the washed rice into boiling water and cook until cooked, according to the instructions on the package. The finished rice will be soft. It usually takes 20-25 minutes to cook. Tip the finished rice into a colander, rinse with cold water and leave extra water on the glass. Cooled rice can be used for lettuce.
Place the boiled rice in a bowl where you will make the salad. Add the canned corn to the rice.
Release crab sticks from packaging. Cut the crab sticks and fresh cucumber into small cubes and add to the bowl to the salad.
Clean the cooled eggs from the shell, cut and add to the salad. Season the ingredients with mayonnaise and stir. You don't need to add a lot of mayonnaise.
